Our Circular Economy Design Sprint is a fast-paced, immersive 3-5 day programme designed to help entrepreneurs move from identifying circularity challenges to building, testing, and pitching viable solutions. Rooted in Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles, the sprint equips participants with the tools, mindset, and confidence to design inclusive, user-driven business models that align with circular economy principles. Through hands-on activities, collaborative problem-solving, and bilingual facilitation in both English and Nepali, participants are guided from problem discovery to low-fidelity prototyping, stakeholder feedback, and early-stage investment readiness. The sprint is adaptable across sectors and contexts, making it an ideal catalyst for innovation in sustainability, waste reduction, regenerative systems, and resource efficiency.
